  SUP YOGA         With picnics, patios and concerts galore, getting out and enjoying the warmer weather can sometimes take priority over our indoor workouts. Yoga in the park or on the beach is a great way to enjoy the best of both worlds. To take the intensity up a notch this summer, why not take your yoga practice to the water with stand up paddle board (SUP) yoga. The closest you can get to walking on water, stand up paddle boarding is essentially stand up surfing with a paddle.
