De-Stressing

Less energy can mean not making the effort to exercise. Stress can also result in self medication through smoking and drinking too much alcohol which are contributors to heart disease. Changing destructive patterns and managing unhealthy habits is the first step to managing stress. Here are 5 easy steps to follow that will enable you to do just that! 1.  Look at the positive side of life and keep laughing. Laughter has been found to reduce stress hormone levels and reduce inflammation in the arteries, and increase “good” HDL cholesterol. 2.  Take time to meditate.
