Giving Thanks

The gratitude exercise is one of my favourites.  Expressing gratitude boosts optimism and a positive outlook.  Each morning or night I write down at least 3 different things that I am grateful for. Autumn is my favourite season and I am thankful for the extended warm weather we had this year. I am very thankful to spend tomorrow with friends and family. Thank you to all of my readers who have kept up with the evolution of the website. With your thoughtful support and constructive comments we have been able to make tremendous progress and are looking forward to many exciting changes in the next coming year. Many thanks to Erica, Sarah and Kim for creating many interesting and inspiring posts over the last year. Thank you for taking the time to read them!
