2018 is approaching and with it comes New Year resolutions. Most of us are eager to get a head start on getting back in shape for the warmer weather. However, inevitably life gets in the way and makes finding time for working out difficult. Here, we’re sharing some great quick exercises you can do at home or at the gym, whenever you find the time. Compound exercises target a wide range of muscles per movement. Therefore, they burn more calories and allow you to complete a full body workout in less than time than using traditional isolated exercises. The exercises below should be done twice per week with 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. Give them a shot! You’ll get closer
