The Power of Pilates

I have been taking a weekly Pilates class for the past 3 months and have loved the challenge yet calmness it brings to my day. This past week I noticed a marked improvement in my flexibility and core strength during the class which has given me further motivation to continue with the class and additionally take up another Pilates class during the week.
