An Age-Old Weighty Problem

Our media, our culture, and society have tended to look down on those of us who don’t ‘fit the mold’ of what physical perfection is, as perceived by society. If you’re reading this, there’s a better than 50% chance you may also be carrying a few more ‘extra pounds’ than you or your doctor might like. Keep those chins up, because you’re not alone in feeling ostracized for being heavier than what some may call, “Healthy”. Truth is, your own self-image may be the biggest issue.
