The Tao of Mental Chatter – Part One

How many times a day do your thoughts take over and derail your intended outcomes? Perhaps you look confident on the outside, fully capable of taking on the day, when inside, thought-forms are attempting to sabotage every step. Thoughts like: “I did it wrong; It’s not okay to ask for help; My well-being doesn’t come first” are in constant completion with: “I trust everything will work out; I know what I need for myself; I’ve got this; I’m doing a great job.” Is it any wonder we all feel challenged to stay present in the moment, with so many divergent thoughts competing for attention?
